Maria shares three of her favourite smoothie recipes that are not only good for you health but will definitely keep your taste buds happy!
They are all sugar free, gluten free, dairy free (optional) and absolutely delicious!
Peanut butter, banana & protein smoothie
Ingredients:
- 350ml of milk of choice
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon of Raw Protein Powder (with pro-biotics)
- handful of ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (or any other type of nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method:
Buzz all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.. enjoy!
Berry yummy smoothie
Ingredients:
- 300ml of coconut water (or just filtered water)
- Handful of dark leafy greens such as kale or baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon of Collagen
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 block of pure frozen acai
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- thin slice of fresh ginger and turmeric (optional)
Method:
Buzz all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.. enjoy!
Green and sweet smoothie
Ingredients:
- 300ml of coconut water (or just filtered water)
- Handful of dark leafy greens such as kale or baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon of Collagen
- 1/4 of a cucumber
- A thin slice of fresh pineapple
- Half a green apple
- 1 handful of ice
- thin slice of fresh ginger and turmeric
Method:
Buzz all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth.. enjoy!
