Used for over 1000 years in Japan to cleanse and gently exfoliate the skin. Made from vegetable fibres of the Japanese Konnyaku (Konjac) plant and infused with either bamboo charcoal, pink clay or turmeric these sponges are 100% biodegradable making them a perfect cleansing option for the environmentally conscious (like us).  Sponges can be used on their own or with your favourite natural cleanser.

This 100% natural product itself is rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2,  B6, C, D & E) as well as proteins, fatty acids and minerals like copper, zinc and magnesium. These ingredients assist in nourishing and cleansing the skin and being free from any harmful ingredients makes it suitable for all skin types, even sensitive, dry and acne prone.

Colour selected at random or please message us your preference. Price is for 1 sponge.

100% Natural and Toxin Free

Vegan

Biodegradable / Compostable

Directions for use:

Soak sponge to fully hydrate on first use allowing it to expand and soften. Squeeze out excess water and if you choose to use one, add your favourite cleanser. Use the sponge to gently scrub your face in a circular motion to loosen dead skin cells. Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out excess liquid before hanging in a well ventilated area. Avoid wringing out the sponge as this may damage the fibres. Replace every 4-6 weeks and compost used sponge.
